Please carefully select your items, as our goods are non-refundable and we don’t offer refunds for “change of mind.”

However, if you’re unhappy with your order within our 7 day returns period, we’re happy to provide an exchange for credit.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, there’s no exchange or refund on pierced earrings.

Items purchased during sale periods or from our Final Sale collection are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Refunds or exchanges are not available for gift cards. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and have a 3-year expiry date from the date of purchase.

All bespoke and custom pieces are final, and no exchange or refund is permitted.

If you need an exchange for any other reason, please contact our team by email within 7 days of your purchase.

We’ll provide an exchange in the form of a gift card with a 12-month validity. If the credit isn’t used within 12 months, it will expire and cannot be reissued.

Customers are responsible for covering any associated postage or redelivery fees. The item must be returned in the original Budhi’n’Chooch box and protective packaging, showing no signs of wear or use. We recommend shipping return orders via registered post because Budhi’n’Chooch isn’t responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen parcels.

Shipping and handling fees paid on initial orders are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. It’s your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of any updates.

While every effort has been made to provide accurate descriptions of our products, slight variations may occur due to the nature of our materials. We use organic-shaped freshwater pearls and natural gemstones in our handmade designs, which differ from machine-made counterparts. The colours of precious metals may differ slightly from those displayed on your screen, as screen brightness, density, and depth can vary. Additionally, all precious stones used by Budhi’n’Chooch are natural stones, which naturally vary in colour and shade.

Prices for all products are subject to change due to fluctuations in international prices for silver, gold, and precious stones.

We accept the following payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Afterpay. All payments will be made in Australian Dollars (AUD). Goods and Services Tax (GST) is added to the purchase price as required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

For purchases related to our website stock, finalise payments on the Budhi’n’Chooch website. For bespoke creations, you can make payments via a direct bank transfer into our account. Please contact us if you would like to proceed with this option.

When making purchases through our website, ensure you provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. If your details change, please promptly update your account and payment information, including your email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date. This will enable us to complete your transactions and contact you as necessary.

We take no responsibility for items that are shipped via post or delivered via courier to an incorrect address due to incorrect address input. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing.

We strive to provide our clients with high-quality, long-lasting jewellery pieces. However, manufacturing faults can occasionally occur, despite our thorough checks before dispatch.

If you suspect you’ve received a defective product, promptly contact us to report the issue. After a thorough evaluation by a team member, we’ll provide you with further guidance.

To facilitate the process, please include the following details in your email:

- Your order number
- Your full name and mobile number
- Clear photographs of the fault, accompanied by a concise written description

To ensure the product’s safety during transit, please package each piece of jewelry securely in its original packaging. Please note that normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.

We prioritise data privacy and security. During your website visit, Budhi’n’Chooch may collect personal information to finalise your purchase and ship goods to you. This information remains the sole property of Budhi’n’Chooch and will not be shared with any other organization or third party.

We retain your Order Information for our records unless you request its deletion.

Budhi’n’Chooch does not store credit card information. All payments are processed through our website, which is hosted by Squarespace.
